- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix (5.1 oz)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Step 1: Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla pudding mix.
Add in the melted butter, half & half, eggs and pumpkin puree. Stir well with a spoon until everything is fully incorporated and no dry powder remains.
Step 2: Prepare the Cake Pan
Spray a cake pan with non-stick spray.
Spoon the cake mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly so the cake bakes even.
Step 3: Bake the Cake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the cake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
