Pumpkin Pudding Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix 5.1 oz
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 Rectangular Baking Dish 9 X 13

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla pudding mix.
  3. Add in the melted butter, half & half, eggs and pumpkin puree. Stir well with a spoon until everything is fully incorporated and no dry powder remains.
  4. Step 2: Prepare the Cake Pan
  5. Spray a cake pan with non-stick spray.
  6. Spoon the cake mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly so the cake bakes even.
  7. Step 3: Bake the Cake
  8. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake the cake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool slightly before serving. Tip: Must serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream! It's So good!
