- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 clove fresh chopped garlic optional
- 1 Lemon juice
Chicken bowl
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 1 chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped avocado
