Everyday do something you love. Most of all have fun doing it. If your doing things that are not fun, make it fun. If you have to go to the dentist, treat yourself after. Tell yourself you have earned a treat such as an ice cream you normally wouldn’t have but love. If you are going out for a boring walk, bring a friend. If you are going to the grocery store get all dolled up as if you are going to meet someone (like your next date). Whatever you are doing today make it fun!
