- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Fresh lime juice ( I like to use an entire lime squeezed)
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence seasoning
