Ingredients

  • 12 oz package of organic cranberries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 sticks fresh rosemary, chop fine without the stem
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

Method

  1. Combine fresh cranberries, sugar, orange juice and rosemary to a medium saucepan and simmer for 10 mins.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest. Smash any unpopped cranberries with a spoon. Mix until you are happy with the consistency. Serve it in your favorite small serving dish. Cool in fridge while you are cooking up your other sides. Serve chilled with a spring of fresh rosemary for garnish.
