- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until golden brown. Add in ground beef and cook until brown. Add salt, pepper, cloves, tomatoes and parsley. Cook until blended about 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in rice.
- Meanwhile cut out the stem ends of your peppers and start carving the funny faces as you wish. Stuff the beef mixture into the peppers and top with the lids. In a large pot or dutch oven, pour in about 2 cups of water. Place your stuffed peppers in the pot. Steam for about 30 mins with a lid on the pot. Serve with plain greek yogurt or your favorite cheese sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
