  • 2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce Franks Original recommended
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend for topping
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 2 green onions diced (for garnishing)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the Chicken: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed.
  • Prepare the Creamy Base: In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, and garlic powder using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Everything: Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer to a Baking Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 baking dish. Smooth out the top with the back of a spoon.
  • Top and Bake: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and top with diced green onions. Serve hot with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
