Ingredients

For the Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or slider buns)
  • 6 slices of deli turkey
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup red onion (optional)
  • 1/2 cup banana pepper rings (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustered
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 dash Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Add a layer of salami, followed by turkey and cheese.
  4. In a small bowl: Mix 1/2 cup of mayo and 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard. Add 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Then, add in the red onion. Add chopped banana peppers, and cup of shredded lettuce. Mix in the bowl.
  5. Place sliced tomatoes: Then put the mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Add the Top Layer: Place the top half of the rolls over the layered ingredients.
  7. Prepare the Butter Topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the sliders.
  8. Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 pkg Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices turkey
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers
  • 2 dashes Italian seasoning
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half
  • Layer the deli meat and cheese starting with the salami, then turkey. Top with cheese.
  • Add sliced tomatoes
  • In a bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in red onion, banana peppers and shredded lettuce. Mix until combined.
  • Spread melted butter and grated parmesan cheese on top of buns and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered in foil. Then remove foil and bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Just to toast the rolls and melt the cheese. Careful not to burn.
