Well 2025 is almost here! There is no better time than now to make a few positive changes to our lives. I feel like we all try to make resolutions and plans for the New Year that are kinda hard to keep up, then we all just forget about them after a few days. Sound familiar?
This year some of the resolutions that I know I will actually try and keep will be eating healthy food, making time for walking and saving money. I aim to walk everyday at least 30 mins. It seems easy enough to start and maybe some cute new walking shoes will help motivate me:) Second starting my morning off with a healthy protein smoothie instead of just coffee and last, making an effort to save money for the future.
