Why a Deep Dish Cookie?
A chocolate chip cookie baked in a deep dish pan is an indulgent twist on classic size cookies. Baking it in a cast iron dish gives it a rustic, homemade feel and ensures a perfectly chewy texture with slightly caramelized edges. Plus, there’s no need to scoop out individual cookies—just mix, spread, bake, and enjoy!

Tips for the Ultimate Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie
- Use Quality Chocolate: Opt for high-quality chocolate chips or chunks for a richer flavor.
- Customize Your Add-Ins: Swap out some of the chocolate chips for nuts, toffee bits, or white chocolate.
- Don’t Overbake: The dish will continue to cook slightly after you take it out of the oven, so pull it out when the center is still a bit soft and gooey.
- Serve Fresh: This dessert is best enjoyed warm, straight from the pan.
